Application Requirements and Qualifications:
-Applicant must own the home and property
-Applicant must have an active bank account (active for at least 3 months)
-If applicant has a mortgage, applicant also must have homeowners insurance
-Applicant cannot have an active or open bankruptcy (Previous bankruptcy is fine, just cannot be active or open)
Application Process:
Step One: Customer will submit application through our contractor link OR contractor will assist customer and apply for them.
Step Two: Customer will obtain an instant decision electronically (Pre-approved, Further-Review, or Declined)
Step Three: Customer will call Microf at (855) 642-7631 to complete the application process. (This part must be completed by the customer, NOT the contractor) Here they will verify the quote with the contractor or you may submit a copy of the quote to Microf via email, verify your identity and proof of income (may need 30 days of paystubs or bank statements) and process first payment via debit, credit or electronic check.
Step Four: Finally, customer will sign lease agreement through docusign. Microf will then inform us that your application was approved and is ready for installation. Microf will submit the funds directly to us after installation has been completed. No need to deliver payment.

FAQs
What information will Microf need?
Microf will need an active email address, address of the location of installation, your date of birth, social security number (sometimes a credit check will be ran, it is done at random), 30 days of paystubs or bank statements, bank routing number and account number. If you do not have an email address, please use a family members or friends. They require an email for the application signature.
How much will Microf finance?
Microf will finance a minimum of $2500 and a maximum of $15,000. The amount you receive and the monthly payment amount will depend on your FICO score and agree’d upon length of finance, you will be offered up to 10 different competitive rates. Financing length is offered anywhere between 36-48 months.
Can I make a deposit to you and finance the rest through Microf?
Yes. You may make a deposit to us and finance the rest through Microf. However, to be approved, the out of pocket deposit to us cannot be more than 40% of the total quote. Please keep in mind, if you decide to pay a deposit out of pocket and finance the rest, Microf will still require you to make the first finance payment to them before approving your account for installation and releasing the funds. Make sure you account that into your budget when planning for the deposit and finance agreement.
Can I use a co-signer?
Yes! In fact, using a co-signer will improve chances of approval for financing higher amounts. Microf will need all the same information from the co-signer that is requested from you. They will need to use their own email address in the application as well, as they need to sign an agreement acknowledging they are co-signing. It must be a separate email from yours.
Do I need to update you once my application has been approved?
There is no need, we can see all real time updates through Microf. If it shows that there is still tasks pending like forms to be signed or Microf is still awaiting a phone call from you, we will reach out to you and let you know, this will help to keep the process moving along. Of course, you may call us to inform us that you finished the paperwork if you would like. We always look forward to speaking with our customers.
Will I qualify for financing if my home is a mobile home?
Yes! You will qualify as long as you own the home and the property. Please remember, if you have an open mortgage on your home, you are required to have home insurance to qualify.
