Just like with a vehicle, HVAC equipment needs maintenance to prevent future breakdowns, especially when the Florida heat starts kicking in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the benefits of a maintenance on my equipment?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Performing regular maintenances on your HVAC equipment will make it run more efficiently, therefore, helping to lower utility costs, provide you with healthier air, prevent future breakdowns and avoid costly repairs. Regular maintenances will also prolong the lifespan of your equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What all is included in a maintenance?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Check refrigerant pressures, clear drain lines, wash condenser and clean coils and elements. We will inspect the motor operations and thermostat operations. We will check and clean the filter and recommend replacement if need be.
